why do formulas written with GDL expressions written in "Custom" box of a library part return wrong results?
In my case they return 1 as value to any expression
The same formula if written in other tabs like "master script" return "GDL is okay" -message

What is a "Custom" box? You should post an example of what you are doing and what you are trying to accomplish, screen shots are helpful.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
