I had a similar problem a while back that was fixed by simply selecting "no title" and ok-ing, then return to settings and select your title again. It seemed to reset to the way it should be.

This helped me to get the title type to look correct. Thanks! However I can't figure out how to manually locate it.

Drag the title and select the "move sub-element" option in the pet pallete.

I was able to get the sub element to respond a few times. But it was inconsistent in the different layouts. Usually it will only allow me to move the plan inside the drawings frame. The frame itself and the title in question stay in the same place.

You must pick on a node of the title to move it.

It is best, if you can find (or code) an appropriate one, to switch to a new parametric drawing title rather than using one converted from a PlotMaker drawing.
