ahmed_hassan:
Use the Library Manager to put the objects in an Embedded Library, Save As... that .pln file with the Embedded Library as an ArchiCAD 14 project file, open that file in ArchiCAD 14, then use the Library Manager to Export the library parts. The parts will then be AC 14 format, but any commands new to AC 15 will not translate to AC 14.

For more information with images, go to Help > ArchiCAD Help, when your browser opens click on the "Search" tab, and input "Embedded Library" in the search box, in the results list "Add Objects to Embedded Library" will lead to detailed information.
