Which libraries do you have loaded into your file?
Since AC13 | Current versions AC23.7000 & AC26.5002 | BIMCloud Basic | Python, GDL, VBA, PHP, SQL, CSS

If they are roof timber objects placed with the roof wizard (accessory), then you will need to have the accessories library loaded as well as the default Archicad library.
