is it possible to add and define different sheathing material to the roof accessory add-on or library? if so, how?

Right, well all the sheathings will be scripted into the GDL objects, so I guess the answer is yes you can add more options. How you go about that will depend on which object you are working with. What sort of sheathing types did you have in mind?
