I have this problem, a friend of mine built a project for me in her computer, AC v.11 English but in German windows (I dont know if this is important).
Now she sends me back the project to make an animation and when I load the project, every time I am at windows it pops up the image I attached and also when I want to see 3D. Can anyone tell me why is this happening?

Perhaps because in the options "2D-Representation", was used hatching with German names. When you opened the project in the English version, the names of the hatch changed to "Missing". You need to re-configure the hatch.
This is a fairly common problem with a file named "casement_a.gsm".

Thank you, David. Of course, the reason is that there is no hatching in the project, which was chosen in the settings of object. Different language of program was not the cause of errors, because the identification takes place on number rather than by name.
I apologize for not correct assertion in the previous report.

Thank you guys, another solution I found by testing things was that I opened a new project with default settings, I copied the whole project there and it worked just fine!!
Thank you for your time!
