window problems

I am trying to model the window as per the attached photo.
The built-in library seems only to have a window with 3 vertical sections, not 4.
I have the Cadimage Doors and Window add-on which can create in principle the window as required but the plan view looks different to the rest of the windows in the project.
Can anyone shed any light on what is probably a very simple issue....!!

You didn't post your photo...

But, what I believe you want to look at is 'ganging' (basically mulling). See attached screenshot. Any combination of windows can be combined (with varying results - depending on your library version). Tick the box corresponding to the side of a window that joins the side of another window.
