I am having problems downloading (in the student version) the add-ons for Cadimage, Cigraphic and Artlantis.
I already have Archicad 11 (student version) on my computer and am now trying to download the add-ons. My method so far has been to go through the education page on the graphisoft site. Input my serial number and user name, which then opens up to a list of add-ons. I click on just one of them and then click continue. From there nothing happens.
I am 90% certain I am the issue here and not the program. Would someone be so kind as to walk me through the process or point me in the direction of the proper way to download add-ons.
