Hello everybody and GRAPHISOFT Admin,
We are a long established architectural practice in Turkey. We have been dominantly using ArchiCAD since 1995. It is our main platform of design and documentation.
We renewed our licences in the beginning of this year. Started to use it both in INT and Turkish versions. One of our projects was already edited in TUR version. And came a long way. But unfortunately one day not able to use new 28 version in Turkish!
We are told by our local dealer that it is unfortunately not possible to use it in TUR with our renewed subscription licences !? We are adviced to switch to INT version. However, we lost most of custom settings in INT version. This cost huge amount of time and not acceptable by any means.
GRAPHISOFT told us the issue will be solved. It has been 2.5 months ever since. Still no result.
We are unfortunately disappointed by the approach of GRAPHISOFT. Not taking this situation seriously. %70 of the offices are in the same position at the moment and forced to use INT version. We hope this platform makes it easy for GRAPHISOFT administration to consider this situation seriously and takes action as soon as possible.

Dear Cem İlhan,
Sorry to hear about your issue with our licensing. Our colleague responded in another thread regarding the situation: https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Installation-update/Language-Issue/m-p/663922/highlight/true#M38...
It is a top priority to our responsible team to deliver a solution as soon as humanly possible.
I suggest you subscribe to that thread, because there is a bigger chance to get a follow up there than under individual forum posts regarding the same topic.
Kind regards,
Noémi
