I converted my perpetual license to Collaborate by taking advantage of S2S about 4-5 months ago. Although Collaborate announced that my license will support Turkish locally, I cannot use my license in Archicad TUR version. Dear graphisoft, aren't you tired of fooling us?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand that you find the statement -"Localized language version, with option to choose any globally"-on our website regarding Archicad Collaborate unclear. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for you. Our intention was to communicate that, at the time of purchase, customers can select from the available localized language versions of Archicad Collaborate, based on their billing address. The International (INT) version is also available to use additionally to the chosen localized version.
In addition to the information provided on our website, we encourage you to reach out to our local partners or contact Graphisoft directly through our Support Site if you have any specific questions or need further clarification before making a purchase. If you feel you have received incorrect information or guidance at any stage, please let us know-we are committed to investigating and resolving any concerns.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback!

Hi,
Thanks for your help.

My billing adress in Turkiye but I didint select any language version at the time of purchase.
While perpetual license users can use Archicad TUR version without any problems, those of us who made a serious payment and switched to Collaborate cannot use the local language version. When will this be activated? I want to use Archicad TUR version!!!!

Hi Ahmet,
I will reach out to you in a private message to troubleshoot further. Based on what you explain you should have access to the Turkish version and International version as well.
Look for my message soon!
