Educational licence

Hello,
I have a student educational license for Archicad 29.
The license appears in MyArchicad with a serial number,
but Archicad 29 does not accept it and always says "Invalid serial number".
I cannot activate the software.
Please convert my student license to a cloud (Graphisoft ID) license.

Hi,

It is not possible to change an EDU license to a cloud license.

Please ensure that you enter your email address and EDU serial number correctly (copy and paste).

Please note that the language of the license and Archicad must match.
