GDL Cookbook

I'm learning to use ArchiCAD 10 using the GDL Cookbook 3 by David Nicholson-Cole but its only up to date as far as version 6.5 Is there any newer editions of these tutorial books available??

A 3.99 version is visible, which should prepare to 4.0 I assume. It is a huge undertaking and while outdated, the Cookbook is still very useful.
