For the last 7 days, I have been contacted via email to discuss updating my SSA to Subscription. I have responded 2 times via email only to have each email kicked back noting it did not go through. I cannot communicate with them, yet my license is soon to expire.
3 days ago I went through the GS Support Page to report my computer crashed, I had to erase the unit and reinstall all my software. I was not able to upload my GS key prior to reformatting my computer. GS did get back to me asking me to fill out a form to certify I lost the license due to a computer crash. I filled out the form and sent it back via email twice. Both times the email got blocked and sent back to me.
Just moments ago GS Support sent me another email asking if I was going to reply to the first email?
Does anyone here know how to end this crazy blockage of my emails to GS?

I was able to locate your ticket on our side. Since you are experiencing email delivery issues, the best way to avoid any further email blocks is to communicate directly through the Support portal instead of replying by email.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have already responded to the support portal per your suggestion, regarding the missing AC Key replacement.
But your reply does not address the direct email I received from the NA sales person regarding my SSA license expiring in just a couple days. He asked me to communicate with him about a possible transition to subscription. I can't communicate with him because my email reply got blocked by him as well. I can see on the email header that came back that his mailbox is using a former GS employees mail and it's blocking me.
This is really absurd that you guys contact me to collect fees, yet I am not given the opportunity to ask questions via email......this is very hostile behavior from GS and it's been going on for 4 years.
