Why Archicad 30-day free trial is not available in South Africa?

I see that the Archicad 30-day free trial is not available in South Africa.

I have been trying to get access to the AC29 Trail since early December, but most offices have closed & still are. We are losing critical time.
It has always been an easy signup with an active Graphisoft ID.

How can I resolve this and get going with a trail?

Hi @Laszlo Nagy  yes we did, but they could not be reached before their 12th December holiday closure (no response) or after and their office is still closed (as notified) until 12 January.

1. How can we get help in the meantime?
2. Can you tell me why Archicad 30-day free trial is not available in South Africa?

Thank you for reaching out to us for a solution. As of late last week, the best approach is to wait for the return of your local reseller from their summer holidays. They will look into this as a priority.
