Leaving the company, change the contract manager

I am leaving our company and I would like to assign the role of "Contract Manager" for our company to another employee. However, if I click on "leave the company" and confirm I get the error message "The given user is related to a Bimcloud tenant!". However, in our BIMCloud interface (BIMCloud as a service), I can't change the role either. How can we adjust these settings?
