About all sorts of licenses, their management, Graphisoft ID, Graphisoft Store, License Manager Tool, etc.

OK, I haven't used Archicad in a couple of months, and my account ran out. I went to renew it and it says that my serial number was blocked! What do I do? Is there someone I can contact? Help!
