Request for Reactivation of Educational License Serial Number

I’m seeking assistance regarding my Archicad educational license. The serial number I received expired on the same day I submitted my request, which I did not expect since I wasn’t anticipating that it would be processed and approved within the day. 

Because of this, I wasn’t able to use the license. May I kindly ask if someone knows how to fix this issue?
