Retrieving/Revoking AC Software License Remotely

Hello,

We own a perpetual software AC license that was on a computer that got stolen last week.

I had a look on our Graphisoft license management website, but I don't see a way we can revoke the license from the computer that got stolen.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Operating system used: Mac Intel-based

You need access to the original computer to send the license back to the company pool.

There is no way to do this remotely.

Only the new cloud licenses have this ability.

The only option you have is to contact your local Archicad distributor.
