Student license renewal unapproved :(

I have been an educational license user for two years and this is my third, but it seems that the renewal keeps failing and I rely on Archicad in most of my classes and courses. I don't know what the issue may be so please can anyone help?

It seems that your right to use the educational version is not valid for the Graphisoft staff who approved your request.

I recommend that you get an official letter from your institute stating that you're taking classes this year, and then submit it again in the MyArchicad portal with a new licence request.
