Unable to access online Account system- web portal borked?

I keep trying to access my Graphisoft ID account os I can manage my company pool of software licenses. All I keep getting is the following error message:

 Maybe someone wants to look into this? Because I'm pretty sure we have SEVERAL active subscriptions...
