There isn't anything that would qualify as a 'teaching' resource for the ArchiCAD API. About the best you can do is look at the Developer section of this forum, which has some tips for getting started, and download the API dev kit at http://www.graphisoft.com/support/developer/downloads/index.html
The dev kit includes documentation for most of the (public) API, but you must have some proficiency with C/C++ to make headway.
