2.5 degree wall angle does not clean up properly

I have a wall that angles 2.5 degrees to follow the property line. It is the same composite on both walls. Instead of cleaning up properly the wall shoots a long piece into the adjacent wall and vice versa. This then messes up the windows in the wall and is a graphics problem in section. Is this just a bug or can I do something to clean this up?
I have attached an image.

Brad,
You might try moving the reference line (not the layers) for one of the walls to the other side.

Richard,
It only gets worse when I do that. For now I have it that way and have the walls just slightly apart so they don't actually close. Its a hack but it's all I can do at this time.
