Every country has different ways of obtaining support. In the US, contacting your reseller is a good idea, but it does not preclude you from filing a report directly with GS US tech support via their web form, or phoning their 800 number.
ArchiPlus is supposed to give priority support via the reseller, but if you're not getting an answer, try going direct. Go to:
