Hi Steve,

Both BIMcloud and BIMcloud Studio can be updated with the same installer file. It is available on the GRAPHISOFT website.

Best regards,

Hi!
This installer freezes on phase "Please wait while the BIMcloud Manager is registered." and does not continue even in few hours.

I've restarted PC, completely removed BIM server and successfully installed it again, but again can't install this update.

Hi,

What kind of operating system do you use in the server computer which runs the BIM Server?

If you use Windows Server operating system please make sure to close the Windows Server Manager application before the update, because this can hold services.

In case of Windows 7, 8.1 or 10, could you please check if the update can be done or not while the BIM Server’s services are stopped? You can stop the services from the "BIMcloud Control Icon" which is on the Taskbar. Right click on the icon and “stop all”.

Thanks,
Istvan

Thanks for answer, Istvan!
I'm using Windows 7. I just tried to uninstall and reinstall BIM Server in Safe Mode, and it works.

There was an Adobe Creative update recently that was rumoured to be deleting folders as part of the update. Just a thought? I've installed 5005 UKI without issue... so far.
Apple iMac Intel i9 / macOS Sonoma / AC27UKI (most recent builds.. if they work)

I believe the Adobe bug involved the root directory of the disk drive only - which would be pretty bad, but if so, AC would be all or nothing.
