IFC import object random naming

Hi,
we are trying to import objects from Civil Engineers working in Revit.
Every week a new IFC file comes and Archicad generate a random name like "Custom Flow Equipment 36" upon import for a WC for example.
Next week the same WC will be "Custom Flow Equipment 105"
But in their object IDs in Archicad they have their real names like WC_Brand_etc., they are the same object just with a different name.
It floods our Library and also causing conflicts, when for eg. one Building is loaded into an other as Hotlink and they both have objects called "Custom Flow Equipment 105" but in one file it´s a WC and the other file it´s a washbasin Archicad shows both objects as missing.

Is it possible to get archicad translate revit objects and show their real names (which are now in their IDs) instead of generating random numbers?

They have to be placed in the files as objects, not only Hotlinks, we have to move them around.
They could be all saved as new .gsm files with real names, but it is about a 1000 (plumbing, et, hospital specs...)
 different objects...
Morphs could be a solution too, but they look different, and seem to slow down the file, objects are somehow much faster.

Thanks
