Project origin error, intangible second project origin in 3D view

Hi!

I've experienced the classic "far from origo" glitches in my file, even though my model is actually located right next to my project origo.
Upon further investigation, it seems that the objects in my file are treating a seemingly random point in space as the project origo even though this is clearly incorrect. I've quadruple-checked that it's got nothing to do with a user origo or survey point.

The screenshot below show a coordinate object that is placed so that the location is 0,0. However the "x" symbol for origo does not appear in this location, and when the position is tracked with the coordinate palette it shows that this object is in fact not origo at all. That's because this is a random point placed insanely far away from my model, for no apparent reason.

Here is a screenshot of a coordinate object with exact the same settings. It is placed where the project origo should be. The "x"-symbol is there and as you can see the coordinate palette shows this to be 0,0. However, the coordinate object now shows a completely wild value, referencing the previously mentioned point in space.

Here I show how this relates to other objects. This next screenshot shows an object next to my origin point, and the coordinate tracker correctly shows that it's close to my origo. (my working units are mm) When I drag the object around, it also correctly displays absolute values referencing project origo.
In the corner you can see the coordinate object showing a large value not corresponding to the values of the coordinate palette.

Here is the fun part. This is the exact same object in 3D. The tracker now shows that this object is placed incredibly far away, referencing the same "fake project origin" as the coordinate object. The objects ABSOLUTE coordinates are somehow different in 3D and 2D. An added strangeness is that the coordinate palette show the correct location until I try to move an object. Only when I try to move the object does the coordinate palette suddenly change it's reference to the "fake project origin". The "fake origin point" does not appear with a marker in either 2D or 3D, it is "invisible".

To sum up: the objects and coordinate palette in my file treat two completely different points as project origo depending on wether I'm in floor plan view or in 3D view. (The coordinate objects however seems to always reference the fake "3D origo" when they're set to reference "project origo".) Among all the strange things in archicad, this is probably the weirdest I've come across, and I have zero clue what could be causing this. Anyone ever experienced something similar? I feel like I've either missed something very basic, or that I'm going insane.

Finally here's a screenshot of my "Location settings" just in case. (the latitude and longitude also have zero relation to this.)
