The zone stamp is a GDL object.
You could open the script and edit it there - the list should be in the Parameter script.
If not then the list may be in a MASTER_GDL file somewhere in your library.
However I would save it as an new object with a new name (not just a simple save) because if you ever update the Archicad library it will be replaced with a non-modified object.
This means you will need to tell all your zones to use a different zone stamp by changing it in the zone category settings.
