ArchiCAD columns not showing on correct story

Anonymous
Not applicable
We are using the W Column 18 part and we need it show on multiple stories. We have a basement where some need to show but not all. If we set it to show on all stories it shows correctly from the 1st story and up correctly. However we don't want them on the basement. If we set them to show on Relevant Stories only they only show on the home story. We have 4 stories we need them to show on so having the home story in the "middle" doesn't work.

Sounds like you'll have to use layer management and save views with different layer combos.

Columns are typically inserted on the story that is the base of the column. That is their home story.
For your 'some' columns that don't need to show on the basement, why is their home story the basement? Why not the 1st floor or whichever story is the bottom of the column?
