Archicad 7 to Archicad 11

Our office just recently jumped from 7 to 11. Which has been a huge switch. There a a few things that are creating issues for us. A few examples are noted below:

1. In 7 we can simply turn off the doors and windows for the reflected ceiling plan. with the display options. Can we do that in 11?

2. Details in Elevations. We have been try to use BIM but there is not enough detail. Therefor we want to draw over the generated elevations. Can we do this? When we do we can't print.

Any help is appreciated.

Yes. Display Options for output are now called "Model View Options".

Sure. Add the detail you want with 2D line work within the View created from the Elevation Viewpoint. I don't understand why this would affect printing.

Better yet in Section/Elevation settings window under Status of S/E View you can select Drawing instead of Autorebuild Model. It's almost like detail.
