Yes. You click the eyeball to the side of the wall that is to be treated as "exterior" for the purposes of cladding, brickmould, etc.
In the case of doors, this will cause the door to swing outside (the hinge will be to whichever side of the opening you click the eyeball, as always).
Then, to get the door to swing inside (but leave the exterior surfaces outside), you click the flip button with the door selected. It is convenient to move the flip button higher in your Info box via the Work Environment to make this easier.
