The wall, because of the height, was showing on the basement plan and thus trying to heal itself into the basement walls as well, which was causing the problem. SORRY!

Did you try to change the axis position on wall?
Sometime it helps.
This example very complicated. I suggest to make it simpler and test before begin work. That will be easy to understand where is problem.
