Concrete dado panels (newbee)

Hi, just new at this!!
Whats the method to create concrete panel walls with metal wall sheeting above with purlins? & How to insert a jpeg image into title block & into the model?

Either model two separate walls (one above the other) or creat a complex profile wall with different fill for each section.

Just use the Drawing Tool or the Figure Tool to place the jpg.
