Construct Boundary/ Prop Lines based on bearings/ distance

Would love to know how to construct property/ boundary lines based on the legal description bearings.. ie. N87 deg 37 min W 123.10'........

Temporarily change your Working Units (Preferences) to "surveyor's unit" as in screenshot...
Note that you also have a Dimension preference that can be set to surveyor units also if you need to have them show up in dims.

With your preference changed, the Tracker will show / accept Surveyor units. Note that you do not have to type any punctuation (degree / minute / second marks).
