Detail Error

I am continually having an error occur when i place Detail Markers onto my plans.
I create a Detail on my 0. Story Plan.
I then open that same Detail in a New Window.
At this point I get an error that says: "Errors occured during the last operation."
Help?

Your signature says AC 10 build 815 ... if that is correct, update to 1010 (and update your profile here) and try to create and open a detail again...

i have updated and tried again, unfortunately to no avail. any other idea?
