I did not get any responses to this in the library index so am tryin here also.
I am looking for the reason why receive the below library warning. I suspect that I may have used the background image during a late night rendering / animation experiment session. How do I eliminate the duplicate instance, and prevent the same happening again in the future and what di I actually do??

Hi David,

Actually, I'm surprised that you only see one duplicate message instead of thousands! 😉

The message indicates that you have loaded both the pla (archive containing the full library) and the lib (folder structure from having unpacked the library by having openedt the PLA at some point).

Unless you have modified some of the standard library parts, remove the lib in Library Manager and reload and the message should go away.

If this doesn't resolve it, post a screenshot of your Library Manager dialog to show us what you do have loaded.

HTH,
Karl

Well I went and looked for lib to remove and discovered that if I had looked more closely I might have noticed a copy of the offending background image in the "Other Objects" directory. Removed it and all seems well. Thanks for the reply Karl.
