External Drawing " AutoCAD 2007"

i have an "ACAD2007 " dwg file , i am using it as an external drawing... every thing is fine..till the moment i explode it...Nothing is there

no lines no nothing... " i tried to select all i was thinking of some display problem but nothing is there" ACAD 2006 and earlier are fine...

or its just me?

Sounds like it may be an incompatibility with the newer DWG format. Perhaps an xREF or Merge would do the trick. Otherwise it seems that you may need to save back to ACAD2006 format.
