Faster way of having mirrored townhouses auto update?

Hi,

I am currently working on a project which is 4 town houses.

The floor plans are basically identical except for they are mirrored in a square I guess. So the original is mirrored vertically then those two are mirrored horizontally.

I wanted to know if there is a faster solution for documenting where the others would automatically update if I edited the "master" floor plan?
