Fillet/Chamfer wont work!

hi, i was just wondering if anyone has had issues with the fillet/chamfer tool not working. everytime i click it with a polyline or wall, i get nothing! not sure if this is a bug or something i am doing wrong...

Can you show an example of what you are trying to fillet/chamfer?

Also are you using the option in the pet palette or the actual fillet/chamfer tool?

thanks for the reply Barry. I have tried both ways, nothing. It was working on the same file for me yesterday evening. but today its been just not responding. I cant even get a simple line to fillet. The intersect tool works fine though?

also worth noting that the fillet dialogue which usually appears, is no longer showing

You won't get the fillet option in the pet palette with two lines like this.

But the tool still works.

If this dialogue is not showing, is it because you were working on 2 screens before and it is now not on the main screen so you can't see it?

You say it was working yesterday but not today.

I am wondering if you have swapped machines or from 2 screens to one?

If that is the case, maybe try re-applying the standard work environment to see if that resets it.
