If you have modelled your parquetry floor with a slab then you either use a building material for that slab that has a parquetry surface material attached to it or you override the top surface of the slab with a parquetry surface material.
This applies also if you are using a composite slab that can include a thickness for you under floor heating as well.
It is exactly the same as you do for walls and roofs, etc.
If your parquetry flooring doesn't extend over the entire building slab then I would be inclined to model it as a separate slab.
I can't help with the underfloor heating object.
Not sure there is much need for one.
I would just nominate the area with a fill in plan and note what it was.
It would have to be a pretty large scale detail to see the wiring in section which at that scale you are probably going to be detailing in 2D.
Again you can allow for the thickness as a separate slab or as part of a composite slab.
