GDL Script for Beginners

Hello there,

I am curious in learning GDL scripting.

I am at a basic knowledge level of creating archiCAD objects but would like to be able to produce more parametric objects at a 2D level at this stage.

All the guides I find jump straight into 3D scripting. I am wanting to find something more simplified at this stage.

Does anybody have any useful resources which might be a basic starting point.

Any feedback is useful.
