Help! simple problem...

Hi i have a problem, and i think it is a really simple thing to fix.

for example i can't change the thickness on the slab, it is automatical on 300, why is that? and how can i fix it?
The same problem is in the "roof default settings". I am unable to change the "Vertical Eves Height" and "Roof thickness".

In the "Floor Plan and Section" settings > Change the Structure's > "Cut Fill" to something other than a "Composite Structure".
