Hey! 31 Character Detail and S/E IDs!

In v2 2256, the detail and S/E tools will take a 31-character ID. In 1410 it was 7.

Other element types are still limited to 15.

I wonder what else is hiding...Don't tell me, let me guess!

Actually you could give the section ID more than 7 characters but not via the info box but only directly in the sections setting dialog. Good to see it now works in both places.

Pity the ID of other elements is still limited to 15 characters
