When working on a building with a lot of stories, the computer get slower... is there a way to hide some of the stories (especially on the 3d window)?

Yes, 'Filter Elements in 3d' does what you need.

You can also combine it with the marquee tool, and also specify which type of elements are displayed.

Also download the 'polycount' goodie (download link on the help menu in AC) to check if there are any specific elements that are very heavy in polygons, which could be simplified or turned off.

Hello.
What about in 2D? What if I want to hide some of the floors?
Thank you.

You can only view one plan (storey) at a time so technically they are all hidden except for the one you are viewing.
