How do I create a slope in Archicad?

How do I create a slope or elevation in Archicad Graphisoft 2010? Kind of new to it and figured its easier to ask on here than to spend ages browsing through tutorials.

What sort of slope?

Ground terrain = Mesh tool
Roof plane = Roof tool
Ramp = Object

Something else?

And there are always alternatives and workarounds for anything.

A ground terrain slope. I tried using mesh tool, but still couldnt figure how to make a slope using it.

Mesh is the right tool for what you need.
