How do I load zone tool from AC13?

I am missing something. I only seem to have access to the zone tool from AC11. Is there a way to update this to AC13? Or, just maybe, it is there and I cant find it. Any help?

Just reload the libraries and you are ok, or select the proper zone stamp for each category in Options/Element attributes/Zone Categories.
