How to create this Wall ?

Hi all,
I wonder how to create this wall? Using complex profile or a simple wall tool or something else?
Please advise.

p.s. This wall is the the side wall of a disable ramp.

put your wall in with the height of the highest point. then place a roof surface over it at the cut angle you want and then trim to roof (under design)

You could draw that wall's elevation view in Complex Profiles, and draw the wall in the short direction.

if you don't need openings in it, simply use the mesh tool with sharp edges.

Well that's ironic, because you could actually use an opening (with an inclined sill) to cut that shape out of the wall.

When i do that it wont show the wall if i cut a section thru it.

I had to try it to see, but as you can see, it does show no matter which way you cut the section. The wall is drawn in the short direction as I was saying.
