I would like to place a scanned sketch on a "layout" story in order to draft over it. I have place the image as a figure, but the image/figure only shows as a placeholder on other stories.
You can do a file merge and the picture will join the screen and you can place it where you would like it. lock the layer so the picture doesn't move or change and draw right over top of it. you can then select is and delete it or hide it's layer.
