You can't use the Level Dimension with an object (in the way that you want) -- you can with a counter, if you model the counter out of a slab. Someone on this forum created a T.O. Wall Label -- I recommend doing a search.

i'm a GDL klutz so i wouldn't know where to begin. and you would have to ensure that the 't' value of an object is actually the 'top' of the object and the level that you want . . . ?
