I saw this in a drawing im working on. I did not do this. It is in "Commercial Bathroom Stalls 12"

It is inside, on the back of the third door.

There is a checkbox to hide it, in the parameters list (not in the UI tab).
The image seems hardcoded inside a macro called by the object.
