When I go to Work Environment > Command Layout Schemes > Menus I can only get Layouting, Standard, OR Visualization. I would like to create a custom scheme that has the Standard Commands PLUS the Layout Book Menu PLUS the 3d Visualization Menu.
How do i do this?
